Aadaab-o-tasleemaat,

guzishtah chand roz se maiN jaise hee HC kee site ko browse kartee hooN mere PC par maujood Nortan Antivirus musalsal trojen virus indicate kar raha hai.
jiske sabab voh mujhe ek bhi page open naheeN karne de raha.
is message ko type karne ke liye mujhe antivirus ko disable karna paRaa hai.

aap se guzaarish hai keh is jaanib tavajju deejiye.

Aap ki post respective responsibles ko forward kar di gaee hai. Inshaa.Allah iss masle ko phir daikh liya jaaey ga.

MaiN khud bhi internet explorer use karta hooN, kuch din pehle mujhe problem zaroor howa hai lekin ab aik hafte se ziyaadah ho gaya hai keh mujhe HC per aane ke baad koi virus alert nahi mila. Mere PC per Symentic Antivirus ki most updated software hai aur voh iss ma'amle meiN khamoosh hai !!

Beharhaal aap ki shikayaat ko daikhte howay system phir check karliya jaaey ga.

... aur agar mumkin nho to IE ki bajaye Fire Fox use karaiN..... fire fox user ka kahna hai k onhaiN HC par aanay walay virus say koi disturbance nahee horahi ....

G bilkul....FireFox per HC koi problem naheen day reha....u simply dl that and install and enjoy.......


although yeah problem to shaid aik mehanay seah bhe pehlay seah aarehi thee jis ke wejha seah mera PC 2 defa workshop ke hewa kha chuka per.....jab seah Firefox use ker rehi hon ..mujhay to andaza he naheen tha k virus still HC main hai.........


HC k managers seah pochna chahoon gee k akhir yeah virus khatam kyon naheen ho parehi...ya ab tak kyon naheen khatam hoee??

mere Khat par aap sab ke jawabaat ke liye bohat mamnoon hooN.
browser tu maiN IE kee jagah fire- fox user karne ke liYe maiN tayyar hooN.

lekin meree naZar meN yeh temporay solution hai. is baare meN site vendors se raabtah karna zarooree hai taa keh voh apne server kee complete scanning karvaheN.

ab tak HC ne meree machine peh trojen ke ilawah yeh virus activate kar diyaa hai.

D:\WINDOWS\system32\msasvc.exe

jo bawajood latest patches chalane ke remove naheeN ho raha. :(

i think now there's no more virus complaints

everything is ok now

afta upgrading the HC Version i did't face any virus problem any more

agar app Login Page ko favorites mian add kar lain tu phir yeah masla nahi ho ga. main IE use kar raha hon. per koi masla nahi aya update kay bad.

han mai bhi wazahat chahon ga or brother bat yeh hai kay log in walay page tak kambakht virus poonchne kahan detay hain

www.hulchul.net/HC likha or jaisay hi HC ki window appear hoi bus IE mai HC wala webpage ki window Hang ho jati hai :( phir kahin system rest karta hon to kaam chalta hai sad.gif

HC per login honay kay 2 tareeqay hain. akk tu yeah kay www.hulchul.net/HC likhain tu page open ho ga or wahan hi top per id or password likhian or jaldi login ho jain.
ak or option hay LOGIN ka us per click karain tu akk alag page open hota hay. us page ko app favorites mian save kar lain. jab bhi login hona ho us per click karain or login ho jain.
