Everyone will post a recipe of any kind of dish . yippie.gif Then,we will choose 2 from the posted recipes.And eVERY BODY ELSE WILL VOTE FOR ONE OF THEM . AND THE RECIPE WHO WILL HAVE MORE VOTES WILL BE THE WINNER. chmp.gif The winner will be choosen every month.

INGREIENTS: rose.gif
1 teacup chopped mixed boiled vegetables (French beans, carrots, cauliflower, green peas)
2 chopped onions
4 tablespoons chopped capsicum
1 chopped tomatoes
½ to 1 teaspoon chili powder a pinch garam masala
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
4 tablespoons grated paneer, plus a little extra for topping
1-1/2 teacup tomato gravy
4 teaspoons oil
Salt to taste


METHOD: rose.gif
First heat the oil and fry the onions for ½ minute. Add the capsicum and tomatoes and fry again for 2 minutes. Add the vegetables, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander and salt and cook for a few minutes. Spread the tomato gravy on top and sprinkle a little grated paneer over it. Bake in a hot oven at 200C for 10 minutes. Best when served hot.

~ Dum Pukht Gosht ~


Ingredients:
1 kg mutton
45 ilaichi
45 sliced onions
710 whole red peppers
1/2 kg yoghurt

2 tbsp garam masala
1 and 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil
1 tbsp garlic paste


---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Preparation:

Put mutton, oil, onion, and red chillis in pan. Mix garam masala in yoghurt and pour over meat mixture. Cook (uncovered) on high heat for about 10 minutes. Add salt, ilaichi and garlic paste. Seal the pan and lid with flour (if not using pressure cooker), and cook on very low heat for 45 minutes. If water has not dried, cook on high heat till it does and only thick gravy is left. Do not stir hard. Serve garnished with corriander.

100 گرام
ايک کپ
حسب ذائقہ
دو بڑے چمچ
ترکيب :
ميدے ميں انڈے اور بيکنگ پائوڈر کو اچھي طرح پھينٹ ليں، پھر فرائي پين ميں تيل گرم کرکے اس کي ايک بيس تہہ سي بناليں، اس بيس کو فرائي پين سے نکال کر بينکگ ڈش ميں رکھيں، پھر پہلے چکن ڈاليں اس کے بعد چيز اور آخر ميں نمک اور کالي مرچ ڈال ديں، 180 ڈگري کا ٹمپريچر رکھ کر اوون ميں دس منٹ تک بيک کريں، ذائقے دار چکن آمليٹ پيزا تيار ہے۔

recipe for April competition

Gujarati Salad


Ingredients:

Cabbage(band gobhi) shredded...15 grams
green chillies cut into strips....3-4
carrots, shredded.....2
mustard seeds (raai)....1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds (zeera)....1 teaspoon
lemon juice.......1 table spoon
salt.......to taste
turmeric (haldi).......half teaspoon
sugar...2 teaspoons
oil......2tablespoons

Method:
Heat the oil, ideally in a karai (or frypan). Add the mustard seeds andcumin seeds.Fry until the mustard seeds pop.Add the chillies, cabbage,carrots,salt and turmeric. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, add the sugar and lemon juice, then stir fry quickly for 2 minutes. Serve warm specially with daal and chaawal.

Note:
You can add more chillies if you want according to your taste buds to make it more chatpata and spicy.....

main khane me to bhot kam mirchen daalti hun kiyun ke mere ghar me aur koi itna shauqeen nahi hai mirchon ka is liye phir side me achaar chatni ya phir yeh salad bana leti hun ....kiya karun ab aisa chaska laga hai zubaan ko mirchon ka ....aur wese ek baat bataun ke hari mirch itni nuqsaandeh nahi hoti jitni ke laal mirch.
lekin tumhari baat bilkul sahi hai ke ziyada mirchen achi nahi hotin...main ne bilkul bhi bura nahi mana........balke bhot acha laga jab tum ne mujhe jawan aur khubsurat kaha....hehehehe E9.gif FDON.gif

One of My favorite.....MMMMMM...

Name of the dish:
Barbecued Chicken
Ingredients:
*
1 Skinless broiler chicken
* 1 Cup low-fat yogurt
* 1/2 tsp Ginger
* 1/2 tsp Cumin seed
* 1/4 tsp Ground cloves
* 1/4 tsp Pepper
* 1/2 Cup low-fat buttermilk
* 2 Cloves garlic, Minced
* 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
* lime wedges
Cooking Instructions:
Mix buttermilk, garlic, yogurt and spices in a big container.
Mix the chicken pieces and layer with the Mixture.
Allow it to Marinate for eight to twenty four hours in refrigerator.
Now grill it for 5 to 6 inches above hot coals for thirty Minutes on each side, basting it every 10 Minutes interval.

Name of the dish:

Mix buttermilk, garlic, yogurt and spices in a big container.

Allow it to Marinate for eight to twenty four hours in refrigerator.
Now grill it for 5 to 6 inches above hot coals for thirty Minutes on each side, basting it every 10 Minutes interval.
