They are no more there. Who has deleted them and on what basis???

I had a feeling that this has been on going for a while but one visits so many posts in a day that one gets confused. This time I am damn sure that my replies have been deleted from this post and I would like to know on what ground !!!

Further, I request the management to inform any member whenever such decisions / actions are taken.

I regret to say that I can count on my fingers moderators who are worth having; the rest are either long gone or immature.

I urge that anyone in the management should be more than just a smilling face.

To be honest and on a serious note, two identical posts... moderators should have a better control and if possible at least not be a part of it.

Bohat ghalat baat hay. A moderator is a role model and the entire purpose is to implement an environment of law and order.

Kisi ko zabardasti to moderator banaya nahi jata jo baad may loog ye complain karain kay time nahi hay aur agar nahi hay to ham kab apnay aap say, apni community say sincere hona seekhain gay? Resign kion nahi kartay? Aur agar nahi kartay to Management inko barkhast karnay ka hoslah kion nahi karti?

Insaaf pasandi say chalna chahiye yahi saab kay liye behtar hay.

If I may say so this is pathetic.
