Serves: 4-6
Ingredients :
1 kg potato
salt 1 tb sp
chinese salt 1/4 tea sp
vinegar 6 to 7 drops
black pepper (kalee mirch) 1 tea sp
corn flour 3 tb sp
oil for fry
Method
1-First cut the potatoes in the shape of french fries then boil them for 5 to 7 mins.
2-Add salt and vinegar also, then reduce heat . remove water and take it out in a paper.
3-Take a bowl mix corn flour black pepper chinese salt and pinch of normal salt , mix well and add potatoes.
4-Mix it then take it into freezer for 30 mins. Now fry it and serve with ketchup
