Hi,

I am here on hulchul after a long time and have seen a lot of changes ... really missing the old ... but trying to cope with this one.

However, there is one thing that is really hard to cope .. the emoticons ... we love the way we have old emos .. like those were following the same shortcode as that of MSN Messenger ... so writing :D this means that we are expecting (some emo like that).

So, i request mods that ... please map the MSN Short codes with HC Emos short codes. This will help us to add emos.

WOW! What great MODS we are having over here on HulChul!. Mods are always ready to CRITICIZE or DELETE some post, but it's been about 5 days and there is no comment on this suggestion. No action against this "MASHWARA". Now i am getting the reason why HULCHUL is getting down.

Sorry for being rude. But it is really a bad impression. I know the days of earlier HC when the day we post the suggestion/shikayat etc, we have the answer or solution. aur ab ... koi response hi nahi ... kya HC bghair MODS k chal raha hai?

sir apko kis section say sahi response nahi mila ya phir apko shikayat hai mere section mai kisi bat per aitraz ho apko ya phir koi response na mila ho to u can tell me freely apki suggestion ko appreciate kiye jaye ga or un per gor karnay kay baad amal b kiya jaye ga

Thanks shokh for supporting me. I don't want to take name of mods, but i have seen them that they are active in normal posting but when it comes something to MOD about they are absent. You can have this post as an example.

It's been 5 years for me that i am on HC, i have seen MOD-SHIP of Abdullah, Raja, Aaashu, Fadi, Zil-e-Subhan etc and these guys have never been lazy about their duties (besides their regular HOME DUTIES).

No need to thank me, I feel exactly the same - frustrated.

To begin with relevant mods not being seen around for days is one thing, sometimes you don't see them active in their section for months. Those who are active on HC are only active in pursuing their own interests which is fine as long as they do their job.

A mod should be the most active person in their own sections; starting new interesting posts, replying on member posts, moving irrelevant post, helping / guiding / motivating members... so on and so forth. If they have to go on leave they should inform management in proper fashion and hand over their section to a fellow mod so that things are dealt with in their absence.

You know what really amuses me; two mods giving out different opinions about the same issue, on board. Like they have no clear guideline. Worse even, when you ask something and a bunch of mods reply on an inquiry post saying ''they don't know'' . It would be nice if they could sit together and decide on something before they come up with such feeble replies.

It's about sense of responsibility but I think HC mods take HC for a ride.

Usman this was a wrong answer buddy. Is may shak nahi kay aap aik achay aur active mod hain par ye kahna kay mods ko aur bhi bohat say kaam hain to janab phir ye additional responsibility ya ma kahoon kay burden letay hi kion hain?

dear mai apki iss bat say mukamil itifaq karta hon kay bohat say modz ya to online bohat kaam atay hain ya phir ayen bhi to apni duties sahi tarha say anjam nahi day rahay or yeh bat maine MODZone mai bhi ki hai or sab modz say request bhi ki thi kay plz perform their duty well or jahan tak emo code tahaluq hai to only admz r may b HC Advisory member can add dat code who have Admin CP Mod p/w modz ko yeh facilites allow nahi hoti dat's y may b modz nay apka topic dekha bhi ho or reply na kiya ho

n e wayz as i said in my above reply dat hum apne members ki har suggestion/feedback ko appreciate kartay hain or unper amal bhi karnay ki koshish kartay hain apni suggestion note kar li gayi hain i'll talk one more time in Mod Zone abot Modz duties ...

1. jo gone with the wind hain
2. jo attay to hain lakin HC say zada personal interests may masroof hain
3. jo wakai kaam kartay hain and I can vcount them on my fingers

and i wonder why this post has not yet been deleted or block. But now i can say .. it is another example of SOME MODS LAZINESS ... or those MODS REALLY THINK THAT THIS POST IS MORE TOWARDS LEARNING ...as i mentioned there
