laikin kuch logon ka yeh bhi kheyal hota hai k
healthy routine yehi hai k
healthy breakfast lena chahiye, aur phir dinner
aur lunch skip karna chahiye.

koi aik rutine nahi hai kabhi khuch kabhi khuch boneless zaida psand hai muje so zaida ter wo waisy biryani, savour, haleem or achar gosht, dal chawal smile.gif

aap plain oats paka kar doodh milakar khaayein agar flavour naheen chahiye to.waise daliye bhi mil jata hai indian stores mein.
hope you like it,waise mujhhe to doodh ki koi cheez naheen pasand.acchee baat to naheen par hai aisa hi.

Agar ham sham ko pait bhar kar khana kahain gay to osko utilize / hazaam nahi kar sakain gay aur natijataan fat body may store ho jai gi. Lihaza sham ka khana 7 bajay tak kha lena chahiye aur thori mikdaar may kahana chahiye.
