every year few days are considered to be not working days due to religious activities, only emergency services along with Port authorites are on duty that day, rest are at home.
whereas, OFF days are those days given by a particular sector/industry or a company to their employees, it is possible that banking sector have friday as a off day, where as others have saturday as off day.
