What is a hard work? Hard work doesn’t mean working or struggling continuously. Let us take a story. There was a wood cutter who uses to work very hard. He use to come early at 8 & he keeps on doing his wood cutting work continuously with very short necessary breaks. But still his boss was not happy with his performance. The boss called for a new worker. That new worker use to come to work around 10 & he use take a gap of 15 minutes after every 45 minutes of work. And he uses to take a break of an hour for meals. But the amazing part was that the new worker’s performance is better than the older one. The boss became happy he increased the salary of the new worker. On seeing this the old worker complained to the boss that "Sir, I am hard worker I work continuously more than him. I never take breaks like him. Then why he is paying more than me". The boss replied "his performance is better than you so I paid him much. If you want go & check his work" Then this old worker ran towards the place where the new one is working. There he observes that he is better than him. He asked the new worker "how is it possible? I work more than you but still what I done is lesser than you. Why? " The new worker looked him thoroughly & starts smiling for a while & told him that "I use to work continuously for 45 minutes & I use to take a gap of 15 minutes every time & I use that 15 minutes of time to sharpen my axe; see yours its almost like hammer

" The conclusion here is hard work means struggling to reach our desire but some gaps are needed to our brain to sharpen. The gaps must be something different, which can refresh your minds & also it changes the life style of you. the hard work means the performance or the output should be more, not only input.
