To aisa hai k aaj mein ek PAPER create karna sikhaata hoon. Ready?
ok.... Lets start..
Creating A NoteBook Paper
NOTE: I used PHOTOSHOP 7.0
Step1: Create a new document. I created (550 x 600) with BG color 99CC99.
(Its better to use RULAR to create accurate distance between lines. Goto VIEW then RULAR OR ctrl+r.
Step 2: Create New Layer (ctrl+shift+n).
Step 3: Select Rectangular Marquee Tool and use same properties as below (or as U want) and then fill the selection with WHITE color.
(it will create a selection of 16 cm x 18 cm). And it will look like this:-
Step 4: Create a new layer.
Step 5: Select Single Row Marquee Tool
And select ”Add To Selection” and concentrate on redcircle
Now start adding lines.( Use the good sense to use rular to create line with accurate distance between them.)
CLICK once to create 1 line. Then CLICK again down at some distance to create another line. And so on…… See below:-
Step 6: Now we have to remove the Lines out of the selection (white Area). Click on Rectagular Marquee Tool and then select ”Intersect with Selection”.

Now, very carefully click on the TOP LEFT CORNER of the White Area. (keep in mind ur properties must be same). Now ur lines will look like:-
Step 7: Zoom the lines. Press. ctrl+t for 6,7 time to get the clear view of about 500% to 600%. And then Fill the lines will ur desired color. ( I used FF6666). And it will look like this:-
Here, you're done with LINES part.
