umm .. i'd say dat it dependz on how u take care of ur hair... 100 hair fallin a day is considered normal .. cuz baaloon k saath hoti bohut buri hai ..
mah hair fell real bad ... lekin rukne ka aik hi tareeqa hai ... excersize.. ( i knw yeh baat bbari common aur har jagaah sunni jaati hai lekin jin loogoon ko is se faida hai sirf wohi bata sakte hain k how gud it is)
excersize is liye important hai k humarii lower body ka blood too gravity ki waja se circulate ho jata hai ... but da upper part needs to do sum work in order to circulte da blood... if u hop (jump) too blood ko har jagah opper neeche hone ka mouqa milta hai ... ( skippin ropes is da best way to do dis)
is k ilava.... apki diet matta kartii hai ... kitni proteins, carbohydrates fats lete ho ap?!? Calcium bohut acha hia baloon k liye aur bones k liye ... kissi bhi jagah calcium pills mill sakti hain... once a day WID excersize WID proper intake of FRUITS n VEGETABLES...
