mujhey ramadan k dooran healthy diet k ley chart chaheye jis may sehar aur aftar may khaney k ley aisi dishes houn jin ki combination healthy ho aik normal insan k ley.aur phir kuch aisi diets bhi chahein jo diabetics yaan hypertensive k ley recommended houn during ramadan.kya koi mairri madud ker skatta hay??

alhumdulllah sub kheriat hay,bus kuch zindagi may aissey phases attey hein jub tabiyut badal jaatti hay, may kuch akhirat k ley saman katha kerny may lagi thi tu idher say dil uchaat ho gaya thaa. laikin abhi tuk bhi may matloba kamyabi hasil nahi ker saki houn iss ley attempts jaari hein.Ramzan k qareeb nazar aaney ki bhi ye he wajah hay k ramzan k maheeny may ziada say ziada naikiaan kamaney ki gharz hay issi silsily ki kari hay ye ji diet chart may nay maanga hay.
kya aap mairri help ker sakttey hein?

MaiN tu hama waqt he apne rab ki raza ki talaash meiN phirta rehta hooN smile.gif dil ba.dast aawar keh hajj.e.akbar ast .. kisi ki khushi ka samaan kardo .. hajj e akbar ka sawaab ley lo.

am back ... aik baaat bata'ti chaloon.. main koi nutrientist nahien hoon but i can only giv u an overview... har kissi ka motablism different hota hai ..

sab se pehle... Diet ka matlab kya hai ? bohut loog samjhate hain k diet ka matlab khaana chor dena ya weight loose karna hai ... DIET ka asal matlab sirf aur sirf yeh hai k Proper Amounts Main Body ko Woo Sab Dena Jo Body ki Zaroorat hai .. matlab proper amounts of protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, fat n oil (lipids), aur accordin to me, Water.

main in ka koi proper chart nahien bana kar de sakti ... for dat i'd say u go on internet n do a lil research on dis..

i can tell u da food dat shud b eaten in order to get proper nutrients widout killin ourselves wid tons of food...

Proteins k liye yeh food sahi hain - meat, fish, poultry, milk, and eggs, beans, peas, nuts, bread, and cereals

Carbz k liye - Rice, wheat, corn, and potatoes

Fatz n oilz too waisse bhi bohut khaate hain hum .. lekin limits main hi har cheez sahi hai

Minerals k liye - jis food main iron hain woo hai --> meat, especially liver; egg yolks; and dark green vegetables. aur phosphorus aur calcium bhi ache hain bones n teeth k liye .. yeh normal milk main bhi hote hain

Vitamins hum apne sab healthy food se absorb karte hain..

Water ... is k bagair too zinda nahien rah sakte ... is ki achi source fruits bhi hain jo 90% water hain !


Yeh too ho gaii woo cheezain jo khaani achi ahin .. healthy hain .. in cheezoon ko ramadan main bhi banaya jata hai .. since ramadan main dining table ko bhar dete hain khaane se... try not to deep fry everythin.. kyun k sab fat ko burn karna chahiye, store nahien !

yeh saari cheezain normally ramadan main hoti hain .. jaisse fruit chaat.. aur meat, potatoes, aur baqi sab bhi ..

aik baat kehti HOn diabetic persons kay lye...raat ko 10-12 badaam giree beghoo kar subho pehlay 2 glass pani piye aur phir woh cheel kar khaye...sugar level ko control rakhnay ka azmuda tareeka bata rahi hoN jink ay dant na hOn woh crush kar lein....uskay baad sehri mey choti se chapti behtar woh sabzi roti ho....dhoodh piye chaye piye & bas.....is se zayda aur kya...ramzan kay aik mahinay mey he sugar level control mey aajaye ga.....azmooda treatment bata rahi hOn.

waisay aik simple see baat k sahree main bhi sada khana.. n aftaarii sirf khajoor pani say kar k maghrib k baad khana khaa laain.. bajaay is k k pahlay full aftarii n then phr khana...........is tarah tu ham, 3 martaba khanay lagaain gay is short period main....

5 portions should b fruits n vegetables
stay away from oily things..
if u hve to use oil then use olive oil to cook things....

baki kuch jagha chour kar khayain..... kuch khali pait bhi houna chhayya...
