Proteins k liye yeh food sahi hain - meat, fish, poultry, milk, and eggs, beans, peas, nuts, bread, and cereals
Carbz k liye - Rice, wheat, corn, and potatoes
Fatz n oilz too waisse bhi bohut khaate hain hum .. lekin limits main hi har cheez sahi hai
Minerals k liye - jis food main iron hain woo hai --> meat, especially liver; egg yolks; and dark green vegetables. aur phosphorus aur calcium bhi ache hain bones n teeth k liye .. yeh normal milk main bhi hote hain
Vitamins hum apne sab healthy food se absorb karte hain..
Water ... is k bagair too zinda nahien rah sakte ... is ki achi source fruits bhi hain jo 90% water hain !
Yeh too ho gaii woo cheezain jo khaani achi ahin .. healthy hain .. in cheezoon ko ramadan main bhi banaya jata hai .. since ramadan main dining table ko bhar dete hain khaane se... try not to deep fry everythin.. kyun k sab fat ko burn karna chahiye, store nahien !
