There is sentence which always confuse me. What translation should i do ..

Kal 2 tarah k hotay hain ...

now if'd have to explain it to some one how would i translate it ?

yehi to confusion hai ..

Kal = Tomorrow

or

Kal = yesterday ...

which one should be used? or there is some other way to explain this thing in english

you can do translation by saying this

there are yesterday and tomorrow

there are tomorrow and yesterday is wrong because yesterday is past and tomorrow is future

so we should say like this

there are yesterday and tomorrow

its okay,,, but it doesn't have two type of a day,,,, its about a single day

what i tried to explain is

kal could be either tommorow or yesterday,,, but definately it will be an adjacent day of today,,,,, either passed or will come,,,, so describing both types

THERE IS A DAY WHICH CAN BE OF TWO TYPES YESTERDAY AND TOMORROW....

urdu word 'kal' could be used either tommorow or yesterday

WELL I FOUND YOUR TRANSLATION VERY UNDERSTANDABLE... BUT IF WE CONTINUE TO TRANSLATE 'KAL' IN ENGLISH THEN 'KAL' MAY DEVIDE INTO A LOT MEANINGS

BUT GORAY KO PHR BHI NAHI SAMAJ AYEY GA K KAL KIYA HAI....

Iss sentence mein "kal" ka matlab tomorrow k taur pe use hota hai, so it can be translated as tomorrow is never the same :p
