Baked Potato with Yogurt

ingredients..!!

Potatoes large size 1 kg washed and pricked

For yogurt cheese dressing
Plain yogurt 1 cup
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Minced garlic ½ tsp
Pepper ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Grated or crumbled cottage cream cheese

Direction..!!

Bake the potatoes in an oven or a microwave and cut them lengthwise. Blend all the ingredients of
the yogurt dressing and chill it in the freezer. Add cream cheese and mix well. Enjoy the
dressing with delicious baked potatoes.
