Ok ji i need a little help with things... kuch questions hain... cooking zayda nahi ati is liye help chahiyay 1-bachondunia.gif

first question haldi kis liye use hoti hai??? salaan main kub daalni chahiyay???

kiya biryani masalay kay aik packet ki bijaye 2 packet dalnay say zayda chatpati banay gi???

nimak march ka hisaab kaisay rakhoon??? i mean kabhi aik zayd aho jati hai kabhi doosri

Ans: agar khaanay walay namak haraam houN to namak bilkul nah DaalaiN. namak k badlay bhi mirach dalaiN. aap ko bhi maza aayega aur khanay walay ko bhi.

jab aap khanay mey laal mirch dalay toh saath huldi bhi daal deiN. haldi ka istemaal sehat kay liye acha hay. aap kay lye itna kafee hay.

agar aapnay sirf apnay liye banani hay biryani aur subha shaam khani hay aur agalay din bhi nashta aur subha shaam khani hay toh bhi 1 packet kafee hay ...ab mujhe nahi pata aap kitna khatay heiN. 4 glass chawal agar banatay hien toh 1 packet kafee hay.

teesara sawal bara mushkil hay ..... itna bata sakti HOn i kilo murgi ka salan banaye toh 1 tea spoon namak kafee hota hay. isi tarha agar aik kiloo ghost banaye toh 1tea spoon se thora zayda dalna paray ga......

aur mirchon ki proportion bhi aaap aisay rakh saktay hien agar sirf lal mirchein istemaal karni hoN...mirch mirch mey bhi farq hota hay. waisay aap kum he mircheiN khaye aur hari mirch ka istemaal zayda kar lein

aur masala channel aur cooking programs dekh liya karay.

ok one more question... aksar jagah par likha hota hai keh chopped ginger/garlic/tomato daalain... us waqt uska paste daal diya jaye (jiska bola hai teeno ka nahi) to sehi hai ya nahi??

aaj kal sahoolat kay lye paste markets mey mil jati hein loog wohi istemaal kar letay hein . bajaye chopping kay process se guzarnay kay.........

Fresh chese ka taste bahoot munfarid hota hay.health kay liye bhi acha hota hay.....

chopped lehsan,adrak,tomato gives different taste n paste form mey different taste deta hay.......

it all depends upon the requirement of dish also.....aap ko jo asaan lagay aap use kar ley magar fresh not the can one.....

magar can wala easy hota hai na use karna... khud lay kar aao kuch din para reh jaye to kharab honay lag jata hai... aur pissa howa garam misala kyun use hota hai?

chalay aap ko jo acha lagaya.......garam masala humaray desi khanoo mey istemaal hota hay...jaisay masalay daar murgh mey ...ya mutton mey ....keemay ki taikiyan aur palao biryani wagera bananay mey.

to yeh bread crumbs kisi shopper main rakh loon na.. kharab to nahi hoon gay??? yahan humidity bhi itni nahi hoti aur thand bhi buhat hai so i think fridge say bahar bhi theek rehain gay!!!

fish ka koi salaan banany ka tareeqa hai?? abhi to tin lay ata hoon piyaar brown kar kay us main daal deta hoon.. aur koi tareeqa hai???

bread crumbs kay baray mey kuch nahi keh sakti ...coz mey unko use nahi karti na he bread crumbs ko mey appreciate karti hoN kisi bhi recipe kay liye....bana kar rakh kar dekh leiN kitnay din sahe rehtay hein.waisay agar aap fresh bread ko sookha leiN toh bread crumbs banaye toh 3-4 safe rahey gay agar basi bread kay banatay hien toh uski life bamushkil 1-2 din ki hogi......

aap ko maine fish curry kay lye kaha tha kay chef zakir ki recipe yahaN se dhoondh lein aap nuggets ki tarf chalay gay......waisay nuggets kay bhi itnay ingredients nahi heIn.....

mey dekhti hoN koi recipe.

agar aap hur week aik baar fish khatay hien toh ingredients kaisay bach saktay hien ya istemaal nahi ho saktay?

May bhi yunhi karti hu......Lahsan, adrak or tamatar ko peel karnay k baad blender may process kar leti hu

Haldi sehat k liye acchi hoti hai..... Ye hadiyon or jorron ko taqwiyat daiti hai.....Allah taalla nay ye khoobi haldi may dali hai..... Kuch log ise kam kuch log zyada istaemaal kartay hai......May zyada se zyada adha chamach dalti hu.....oil, onions, g&g, & tomatoes k baad saray masalay dalti hu......or achay se bhoon leti hu.....

to janab garbarr ho jaye gi......lalmirch or harimirch jaisay bhi ingredient ap ko darkar ho alag se dalain.....

Biryani ya isi tarha k packet walay masalon may bhi namak hota hai.....is baat ka khayal rakhain or Sahera ji ki baat par amal karen.....

sabut garam masala khanay k dauran jab mu may ata hai to log usay chun chun kar nikaltay hai.....khas tor par bachay....is liye shayad pissa hua garam masala zyada pasand kiya jata hai......or is baat ka khayal rahay k pissa hua garam masala ya koi bhi masala ap lain to wo fresh ho.....isliye bhi may nai aksar ghar ki oraton ko ise peestay huay dekha hai....or fresh ka to taste hi kuch or hota hai....or is liye bhi use kartay hai k khana khub masalay dar banay.....

zaruri nahi hai k ap wo sab ing.use karen....basic bhi kafi hongay.....but there will be no taste choices..... namak lalmirchi, haldi, lahsan ka paste, breadcrumbs or anda bhi enough hoga......Bhaiya lakin taste taste may farq hota hai.....or wo varieties se hi milta hai......

Haldi salan main rang lanay or hazmay k liye istamal hoti hia.. jahan ap namak mirch tea spoons ke hisab se daal rahe hote hian to haldi ki miqdaar sirf chitank jitni kaafi hoti hia.. is main teaspoon ya tablespoon wala system nai hia.. n dalni tab chayie jab ap namak or mirch dal rahay ho to sath main haldi bhi daal dein..

biryani masalay ke 2 packet ap dalienge to us ke masalay bahut ziyada taiz hojayienge.. apko rice ki quantity bhi utni hi rakhni paregi.. warna masalay is qadar spicy hojayienge ke ap se khaya bhi nai jayega.. like 1 packet main 4 cup of rice kafi hai.. n 4 cup of rice i think ap 2 din chala lo ge.. single person hone ke natay..

yeh zara tafseel reply hojayega..
sabzi or gosht n chicken ka muktalif farq hai..
coz in sab main namak mirch ka hisab different hian..
kuch sabziyan specially hari sabziyan masalay absorb karleti hian.. is liye in main normally 1 teaspoon se thora sa ziyada dalta hia namak n mirch quarter enough hoti hia..
Meat main namak for single person half teaspoon kafi hai.. depends upon quantity of meat.. 3-4 pieces ke liye half teaspoon bahut hia.. lekin wahian agar meat kisi vegetable main pak raha hia to pura 1 teaspoon dalna parega..
chicken namak absorb nai karti hai inna.. isliye ap quarter namak bhi dalienge to kafi hoga for single person..
