Take two pieces of Lady Finger (Okhra) and remove/cut both ends of each piece. Also put a small cut in the middle and put these two pieces in glass of water. Cover the glass and keep it at room temperature during night. Early morning, before breakfast simply remove two pieces of lady finger (Okhra) from the glass and drink that water.

Keep doing it on daily basis.

Within two weeks, you will see remarkable results (Inshallah).

(aik aur reshay wali sabzi) aur karelay bhi faidah mand haiN. aap nay yeh nuskha kahaaN say note kia hai.... waisay suger patient iss qism ki bay.zarar tips zaroor aazmayaiN... lekin saath saath suger monitoring / lab test bhi karwatay rahaiN takay result confirm hota rahay aur prescribed medicines ko bilkul turk nah karaiN.

but yeh wazah rahay k as per doctors suger n hi blood pressure cure nahi hotaa. bus issay 'control' maiN rakha jasakta hai. lehaza koi bhi tip use karain.... BP /suger monitoring aur doc say regular mashwarah nahi choRna chahiyeh. n if they prescribes, medication bhi nahi choRni chahiyeh. maiN khud dounouN amraaz ki medication bhi use karta houn aur iss qism k ToTkay bhi use karta houN k iska koi side effect nahi hotaa yaa to faidah hota hai yaa nahi.

yahaaN yeh wazahat iss liyeh kardi hai takay deger log bhi 'toTkay" use kartay howay iss baat ka khayaal rakhaiN.

perfectly right,,,genetic disease hey ,not easy; kind of impossible for 100% cure, and don't rely only on such "totkay"

keep doc checkup and medication regularly,,,best to deal with this disease
