kaspersky use some commercial keys for more PCs ..

Kaspersky keys get blacklisted more quicker than u expect, so I don't think u will be able to use it even if u find some volume license key for that.

There are two types of people in this world, one who install antivirus and forget about signature updates and version updates and then there are those who install antivirus and always keep an eye on signature updates and version updates, so blaming an antivirus is not always the smartest thing to do and as I initially said that NOD32 is the only antivirus which has passed 38 out of 40 virusbulletin tests. It makes it easily the best antivirus in the market and btw there is one more antivirus in between NOD32 & Kaspersky and its called Bitdefender which eventually has a better detection rate than Kaspersky. So, the moral of the story is people stick to what they like and I love NOD32 n am stickin to that icon_peace.gif u love kaspersky u stick with it but claiming something about which ur not so sure about is just not too cool my friend. I have tested almost all known antivirus in the market and NOD32 scores the highest marks whereas antivirus like bitdefender and kaspersky were impressive but they are far behind when it comes to resource usage, so these company's should learn something from symantec which has learned from its previous mistakes and now all their security products are lite on system resources.

ur very true about the moral, let me share my experience as well.

I was having problem and u provided me NOD32,,, but it didn't resolved the problem comletely, even after updating, then i took kaspersky from IM,,, it found some virus,,, but the actual virus was still not detected. Finally i used NIS 2008,,, and it resolved the problem completely icon_peace.gif

Well boss u r absolutly right smile.gif, but i was sharing my experience,,, v r working almost in 40 Computer labs & offices,,and in our head office we have LAN & Wireless network of about 40 computers , n v r dealing with such kinda stuff daily,,,, v have tested almost every antivirus,,excluding BIT defender, but wot we found the best is Kaspersky and NOD32,,,,, they have best results,,, Kasper is best as it has extra features it has mail antivirus, web antivirus,, firewall, parental control , antispam killer,,,, But NOD is also very gud in detecting and killing viruses, u know we hav killed 1 lac viruses through one system on network , which has kasper,,, but then i became glad when (along with kasper) NOD32 also detected that virus which were not being detected by any other,,,, that virus was name" Sohanad", , symantec got failed in that,,,,,

I never used NOD32 so can't say anything about it. watever antivirus i use is choice after number of testing .. since there are things that i always do wid my system which INVITES VIRUSES ..:D .. u know na wat i mean ..

so earlierr .. i was die hard fan of BITDEFENDER (8-9) ... it was cool and lite .. but then it was unable to detect some viruses .. and it took almost 2 days for it's definition to recognize it. + at that time there was application integrity control was missing in BD ... so I chose Norton (HOG) .. then i chode AVAST (it's bit better but still lacks few things) and then i finally came to KASPERSKY .. and till now i luv it ..

btw .. i forget to mention PANDA. the coolest feature of PANDA is that it detects even those viruses which has not yet been recognized. it has a TRADE MARK technology called TRUPREVENT which prevent un recognized viruses depending upon their behaviour. so if a new virus comes n it'll be get caught be PANDA. but PANDA EAT MEMORY .. smile.gif ..

One thing .. Norton 2007 is REALLY REALLY improved .. and it's no longer a MEMORY HOG .. you can see number of difference in performance and virus detection.

Anyway, till now Kaspersky is best .. and i'll definitely give a test @ NOD32.
