Salmon Sandwich
Ingredients:
Canned salmon: 15 1/2 oz
Yogurt: 1/3 cup
Green onions: 1/3 cup
Celery: 1/3 cup
Lemon juice: 1 tb
Black pepper: To taste
Bread: 12 slices
The Steps
Pre - Preparation :
1) Chop the onions and celery.
Preparation :
1) Drain and flake salmon.
2) Stir in remaining ingredients except pepper and bread.
3) Season with pepper to taste.
4) Spread salmon mixture on half of bread slices; top with remaining bread.
5) Cut sandwiches into halves or quarters.
Its a new kind of recipe for sandwiches...Like having fish with yogurt & lemon juice...???? I guess bread to sub soggy ho jaiey gi...
Any way..............I was just wondering...
