mujhey aajkal aik problem ka samna hei jiska soln nai mill pa raha. mairey computer ki 2 hard drives each of 20 GB virus ka shikkar hein. mein ne c drive ko format kr k windows install ki hei, sab kuch theek rehta hei jab tek mein doosri drive ko access na keroon, jaisey he doosri drive ko access keroon tu ye problems paish aati hein.

task manager open nahi ho pata, agar hota bhi hei tu 4-5 seconds k liye uske baad ghayab ho jata hei.
msconfig ya regedit ya is tarah ki koi bhi command execute nahi hoti agar ho jaaey tu chand seconds k liye,
task manager mein bari mushkil se execute honey wale processes ko check kia tu aik ghair-zaroori process(jo mairey nazdeek virus hei) 'killer.exe' k naam se nazar aya. jaisey taisey ker k us process ko task manager k through close bhi kr doon tu dobara execute ho jata hei. killer.exe ko talaash kia tu windows k folder mein prefetch mein moujood tha ussey wahan se delete bhi kia magar phir bhi problem wohi hei, iskey baad dobara format kr k windows install ki hei magar ab is naam ki file search k through nahi mil rahi(no matter, it's searching in hidden files & folders) per task manager usko show kr raha hei processes mein.

mein ne in 2 hard drives ko format nahi krna kiuon k inmein qeemti data hei jisse mein ne loss nahi krna

kia is masle ka aapke pass koi soln hei k beghair format kiye mein is virus ko hatum kr sakoon.

This is a common problem so don't worry... Please also let me know which OS your are using.

For now Just follow some steps.

1. Start computer in Safe Mode.
2. Install any antivirus which suites you. ( AVG or Kaspersky recommended) Scan full system.
3. Install Trojan remover Scan Full system.

Just follow those steps If still problem exist then arrange any extra HDD and put your all data in that drive in DOS mode....

Note: Do this copy procedure in DOS mode if you login your XP then virus will infect this extra HDD too...

i've installed the KasperSky and by scanning the pc, my problem has been solved. thanx a lot for this
