i have one more problem as i told that i separated my net and connect directly ( means through modem ) but it is coming like this the red marked areas i showed



and i am not able to use good speed . sometimes it is giving problem. after that i connected again to router but speed was coming

very less than i formatted my system and again did setting but it is again same. but my broadband connection status

is showing different .....

please tell me how to finished this limited connectivity because it is creating problem in speed...

Ur having DSL line? with phone?

ya they connected it with my room phone

So ur not having a splitter in between? coz if ur not having then it might be the problem as splitter balances the load between phone line and internet line, so whenever the phone rings the modem either resets or hangs

no no its not like that i have splitter........... let me clear you... first is main line then there is splitter from that splitter one is coming to my phone and one is to my modem.

when first time they connected it was fine .......... after that i did router setting and all as i told you.

but after one month i separated and connected as you know. and then i called them they are saying it is not a big problem

but it is giving problem with speed.
