There is going to be an ART festival in my city, and city council has invited muslims also to bring ISLAMIC ART and ART of MUSLIMS.. for the exhibition named as '' ART & FAITH'' . As most of u are aware that I do english calligraphy-(unfortunately not much good in arabic one) so I am planning to write some verses/AHADITH translation . preferably the ones that can help in creating the better image in front of non-muslims......

Will someone help me in giving me the authentic translation of QURANIC AYAAT / AHADITH please.

e.g. the ayat that mentions about '' To save a person is equal to saving a mankind and to kill some innocent one is equal to killing whole of mankind'' so If some one can give me the true translation of this ayat or anyother, that will b v helpful.

Wesay to quran e pak ki her ayat hi khubsurat hay......lakin yeh dono ayat mujhay bohaaaaaaaaaaaat pasand hain........first one ki presentation bhi bohat achi ban sakti hay.........

Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The parable of His Light is as (if there were) a niche and within it a lamp, the lamp is in glass, the glass as it were a brilliant star, lit from a blessed tree, an olive, neither of the east (i.e. neither it gets sun-rays only in the morning) nor of the west (i.e. nor it gets sun-rays only in the afternoon, but it is exposed to the sun all day long), whose oil would almost glow forth (of itself), though no fire touched it. Light upon Light! Allah guides to His Light whom He wills. And Allah sets forth parables for mankind, and Allah is All-Knower of everything.

Khwateen / BV k haqooq k hawalay say koi ayat zaroor btaye ga...........i think it will be more attractive for non-muslims...........i search but failed

1. And women shall have rights similar to the rights against men, according to what is equitable; but men have a degree (of advantage) over them. (Albaqarah-2:228)

2.Those who die and leave widows should bequeath for their widows a year's maintenance and residence. (Al Baqarah 2:240)
