well I would like to comment on the medical side of this. specially prostate problem. It is a common feature and most of the people do suffer with this all over the world. ask any of the urologist that how many operations they do for prostate in Pakistan and u will find the answer. relating prostate problem to this sort of thing( like looking nudity) is v strange. the other thing is that in western countries ''over exposure'' is so common that it is like a norm there and u will not find anyone staring at girls in what ever dress they are in or what ever they are doing rather in our own society u will find this problem. Once I had this discussion with a girl who has recently visited Lahore and she was shocked to see the '' probing eyes'' of male in Liberty and other areas- though she was not even in western dress. so if u agree with above reason then this sort of thing should be more common in Asian areas.
