Meri behno plz zara tasty type kay pakory banay ki terkeeb post kijye bana to leta hoon per kabhi achy banty hein kabhi nahi zara behtreen si tips derkar hein jazakallh

1-think.gif hmmm.... pakoray shuru main meray bhi kharab ho jatay thay jb main ne naye naye bananay shuru kiye. lekin ab Allah ka shuker hai k thek bantay hain.iss kay liye thori practise ki zaroorat hoti hai. the recepie that i use to make pakoras will tell you.besan main jitnay ingridients dalen pkoray utnay hi achay bantay hain. lekin aisa na ho k besan ho hi na or sb ingredients hi nazar ayen poster_oops.gif
sab se pehlay to besan ghol k rakhen, iss terha k wo na ziada thick ho or na hi thin.
phir ap uss main namak mirch haldi,white zeera,thori kutti mirch, chat masala da, sabut sookha dhanya, or thora anar dana dalen; ye sb chizen apnay taste k mutabiq dalen.
phir uss main thora carbonate powder means meetha soda half ya half se bhi kam teaspoon dalen;meray khayal main 1/4 tea spoon kafi ho ga.
ab iss main tamam green ingridients kaat kr dalen dalen;

green chili 1 or 2;
onion 1 of normal size, potato bareek katay huay 1 small, thori palak kaat k dalen iss se pakotay bohot tasty bantay hain,podina leaves dho kr, thora kata hua sabz dhanya, thori sookhimethi(ager dalna chahen to)
(optional tip) ager ap 2 lehsan k pices pees kr pakoron main dalen to unn ki taseer garam nahi rehti;
abhi ap ye sab ingridients besan mai mila kr rakh dain orphir kuch dair baad fry kerain.

fry kernay se pehlay karahi main oil daal kr pehlay tez aanch pe rakhen ta k oil achi terha garam ho jaye. pakoray dalnay k baad aan cha normalkr dain. lekin fry kertay huay ye khayal rakhain k oil thanda na honay paaye nahin to pakoray sakht ho jatay hain. iss liye chulhay ki aanch ko oil k mutabiq adjust kertay rahein. jb golden brown ho jayen to nikal len. adb.gif

per aik aur recepie hai wo ye kay

paste banalay besan ka jis mai bason , namak,crushed lal mirch ,zeera , aur pani ho itna thick banaye jasay dahi ka raita .

pher bread kay charo konay kaat day aur half ker lay

bread ko dip karay bason kay paste mai aur deep fry ker lay.

jub pakoray tayar ho jaye to raitay ka saath nosh fermaye.

hath houla rakh kay khanay thay naa krakrani.gif shukar karain hichki nai lagi, jaldi jaldi khanay say bari buri hichki lagti hai biglol.gif

woh kya hay na ke baqi sab aisay hi takaluf kartay hain ......jab dosray nahin khatay to phir main aftari ki cheezon ka safaya karta jata hoon E9.gif

agar ham pakoray banatay waqt besan mein thora sa semolina/suji/rawa add karein to i guess crisp banaeingay


waisay main to besan phaiantay waqt thora oil bhi add kar deti hoon,ab soft bantay hain ya nahen yeh khaatay waqt kabhi yaad naheen rehta,lolzz

aur haan green chillies ko beecch say slit karkay ( upto the stem) baqi sabziyon ke saath daalein,uff kya mazay kee teekhee teekhee hoti hain.

kucch log besan mein lemon juice bhi add kartay hain

aadmi ko adventurous hona chahiye na ke yeh bhi daal do woh bhi daal do always try something new smile.gif

anyway bhuttay kay pakoray khaaye hain aapnay

chaar paanch bhuttay grate karein
usmein thora sa besan daalein nama daalein,chili powder daalein bareek hara dhaniya daalein.phir green chillies ko mota mota liquidiser mein pees lein ( not too mota) smile.gif
ab usay besan mein add kar dein,pisa garlic thora sa add karein aur halka sa paani daal kar mix kar lein.yeh besan ke pakoraon say kam paani leta hai,bas itna paani daalein ke aap mixture ke gol gol pakoray shape de sakein,bas ab fry kar lein,tail bahot garm na hon aur na thaanda ho ke tail pakoray mein bhar jaaye.
try kijiye ga they are yummy
next time bhuttay (corn) ki ek aur dish
