Salaam to all of u'..

i am from india aur mein pak key mobile number per sms send karna chahti hon....jo karachi ka hai .. n website agar koi ho to batayein pls... ek mein janti hon ufonegprs.com .. mallom nahin sahee hai ya nai.....but ek dum sahee site ho jisey msg guarantee sey chala jaye ..aur acknowledgement bhi ho to acha hai..

thank you so much to u dear' ... but could u please tell me key is there any difference wid services too.. i mean like there are different services for mobiles.. so will this site enable me to send to any like ptcl... like 333 is ufone , 300 and 301 is mobilink( perhaps m right)...... so help me wid this too pls'...
