and second one why there is text warn(0%)..below my name?

dekhiye jahaan tak pehla masla hai tu mera khyal hai k yeh cheez net ki speed par bhi monhasir hoti hai ager speed kam ho tu bhi aise error a jate hain ah0o0

aur 2nd masla tu wo aisa hai k jo shakhas "HC" ki policies say Inharaf karta hai use warn kia jata hai tu uske warning levels kam hote rehte hain aap ka level "Zero" hai tu matlab k u r good member of HC ok

pahlay maslay ka hal tu app kay cable operator kay pass hay. apnay cable operator say kahye woh masla hall kar day ga. dosra masla koi masla hi nahi hay app ka level zero hay jab yeah zero say agay chalay ga phir koi masla ho ga.
