5) Cooking Oil
6) 2 adad degchiyaaN
7) Khana pakanay ka chamach
8) eak moTa sara kitchen Towel
9) washing detergent & Scotch Brite
10) Grinder
11) Knife
12) 2 Einstien ( eak ainak wala aur eak kay baal kam)
13) eak note book jis maiN Gosht Pala'oo ki tarkeeb likhi ho
Important Note: agr above maiN say koy eak ingredient bhi kam hay tu pala'o hisb-e-tawaqoo tayaar nahi ho sakay ga
Tariqa-e-Cooking
Sab say pehlay dono deghchiyooN ko achi detergent, Sctoch brite aur pani key madad say achi taraah manjh laiN. iss amal kay doran dosray Einstien say Payaaz , Lehsan, adrak waghera churi key madad say chilwa laiN. jab woh yeh cheel rahay hooN tu itni dair maiN dhuli howi degchiyooN maiN say eak maiN 2 mag Chawal Daal laiN aur unhaiN achi taraah dho laiN ( chawal dhonay kay liya detergent key zaroorat nahi hay) aur phir unhaiN ussi degchi maiN bheegnay kay liya choR daiN.
iss waqat tak Tamatar, Lehson aur Adrak chil ker kaT chukay hooNgay. unhaiN grinder maiN grind kernay kay liya rakh daiN. jab tak Eak Einstien ussay Grind karay uss waqat tak dosra Einstien payaaz ko dosri degchi maiN cooking oil key madad say halka brown ker lay.
